Crazy Crafters October Blog Hop

Hi and welcome to my blog.

Now it's been almost a year since joining in with a Crazy Crafter's blog hop and I do feel guilty but life has been hectic. I went back to work full time at the start of the year and there is never enough time in the day to do much of anything. But alas, it is September school holidays and so I thought I should try and get back into it. I trawled through Pinterest and found a card i would CASE.  This card was created by Katy Harrison.

This card is just so beautiful and eclectic - I love it and really enjoyed Cas(e)ing it too.

So below is my take on the card -

and so I couldn't stop there, and made another version of this card.

Apologies about the quality of the photos - I took these pics at night and they are not the best quality. Hopefully you get the idea and can see how I have created an innovation of Katy's original card.

Thanks so much for taking a look - don't forget to keep hopping through to see all the amazing creations from the other Crazy Crafter's.

Here is a list of products I used:

  • melon mambo, sweet sugarplum and fresh fig ink
  • foil snowflakes
  • swirly birds (stamp set)
  • dragonfly dreams (stamp set) and detailed dragonfly thinlits
  • mini dimensionals and fine-tip glue pen
  • whisper white cardstock
  • washi tape (retired)
  • stampin trimmer
